Return and refund policy

You can request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
The item should be unused, in original condition, and with its packaging.
We provide free and easy returns anywhere in Saudi Arabia.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and check its condition, your refund will be processed within 2 days.
Refunds for prepaid orders are sent to the original payment method.
Refunds for COD orders are sent through bank transfer.
You can also choose store credit if you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged, altered, or without original packaging cannot be returned.
Items returned after 7 days are also not accepted.
